"Ok guys, I haven't bought a bike YET, but I know where I'm going when I do. I was killing time today, and stepped in the store, and John Blackwell was right there to ask if he could help...I told him I was browsing and looking to buy next spring. He started reccomending a bike based on what I was looking for, not pressuring me in any way shape or form. We talked, and when I went through the parts department, I was asked AGAIN by another employee if he could help me out...I told him no thanks, and again, no pressure. Ive been to all the "other" bike stores around, from metric bikes to american iron, and let me tell you, I have NEVER seen the selection and service that was available here at powersports...when I'm ready to buy, these guys will definetly be getting my business!!"

"We own a 1996 Yamaha Royal star. Bought it this year. First time I have owned one in some years. We needed a place we could depend on for sales and service and a friend recommended your shop. We deal with Mike Conroy in your Sales area and Dean in service. After several visits to powersports we have become very confident in both Dean's Mike's opinions. We look Mike up when we go in for anything from accessories to just his thoughts on what we intend to do with the bike. We trust Mike. He is not there to just "sell" us something, he is there help enhance our riding experience. And Dean has serviced our bike twice. First when we bought it, we brought it in to be checked out and then months later for a small problem and oil change. Again we trust Dean and what he says we need to do to stay on the road. So thanks to both Mike and Dean for their approach to customer service and our satisfaction. "
